Christina and Travis came to Warrenton to get their emgagement pictures taken. We spent over an hour walking around the Town of Warrenton taking pictures and finally Christina gave up on her shoes !
 Christina and Travis will be travelling to Mexico next year to get married. All the best to both of you !

Lisa and Joe were married at The Mandarin Oriental in Washington DC. We just did Lisa and Joe’s E-Session in Warrenton last month and had so much fun working with the two of them. After their engagement session their wedding day images came so naturally, even Lisa herself had made the comment that the e-session was a big help ! Congratulations to the newly weds as they head out to Cabo !!!
While we have four children two boys and two girls ages 10,5,4, and 2 this month we are celebrating two of their birthdays! Just when you think life slows down long enough to breathe something like a child’s birthday approaches and reminds you of not only the gift we have been given but how old we are becoming. Brittney our oldest daughter turned 10 on September 4th, Yes my good friends that was Labor Day! And Brijesh our youngest son turned 4 on September 14. Needless to say even though it is not our youngest daughter Bhavika’s birthday or our oldest son Bradley’s birthday we still would never exclude them out of a photograph 
So for those of you who always email or ask to see our children here they are again as we can never post enough of them!

I recently purchased a new D2Xs and I am very happy with it. It has many features that I really like that were not in D2X. Many people asked me if there is any improvement in the noise and I did a mini review here comparing files from both cameras.
Main Observation: I have not seen much difference in the image quality between D2X and D2Xs. I am using ADOBE CAMERA RAW (ACR) to view and convert RAW files as it is one of the fastest RAW coverters I have seen till now. However when I view or convert the images from RAW to JPEG using Nikon NX the files are much much better. There is a significant difference between the ACR and Nikon NX converted files. I cannot stress enough how beautiful the files looked when using Nikon NX. Bad thing about NX is its too slow. My plan was to buy a Canon 5D just for shooting images at higher ISOs but instead I opted to go with Nikon D2Xs and there are no regrets.
Update: I recently upgraded Nikon NX 1.0 to 1.0.1 and its much better now. I am able to convert more than 1000 raw files to JPEGs without any problems.

Currently I own D2H, D2X, D2Xs and a couple of D70 (converted to IR) cameras ( I sold my D200 ) 70-200/2.8 VR lens, 17-55/2.8, 10.5mm, 12-24mm, 85/1.4, 50/1.4 and few other not so fast lenses.
