These days the wind is taking us away! Baltimore should have been called the Windy City. Certainly not that we are complaining since we seem to have the best couples getting married and better yet we should just be thankful that they rain had stayed away, much love goes to the man up stairs and coordination with Mother Nature on that one, we appreciate it!

When we arrived to the hotel to start photographing Jocelyn and the gals getting ready there was a lot of excitement among them as they geared up for the trip over to the Museum. There was no detail that Jocelyn or her wonderful coordinator missed. We had the most prettiest pink pumps that I ever think I have seen along with favor treats for the pooches, mustaches and lips for kissing in the photo-booth and chocolate chip cookies and ice-cream for dessert! What was not to love about this wedding… oh right that it had to end ;-( but luckily for Jocelyn and Todd their honeymoon was soon to follow.

We wish you both lots of wonderful, fabulous and crazy memories to be had together. As Srinu and I celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary this month I can officially say that it is as true with marriage as it is with kids that when you love someone with so much of your being that you become inseparable at the waist that time flies by so quickly that you then will begin to wonder what would you ever do without each other… it is at that time that the consolation comes in just holding one another as you fall asleep knowing that the lord above has given you the ultimate gift of love. May you keep, love and cherish each other forever!

Out of all of our couples these two deserve a standing ovation. They have had such the run of things that have happened with them both and their health. And after a couple cancellations and reschedules of their engagement session, finally we were able to catch up with the two of them and allow them to spend some much deserved time together just being Nikki and Will. They may even be our first couple that are both soft spoken, in the sense that they are not loud and crazy like me We are just happy that they were able to make it out and that they are both doing much better now. Not to mention they need it because this week is their wedding week and well deserved it is. We love you guys and can’t wait to see you this weekend!

At the clients discretion we will be keeping the post rather anonymous and private although we are very happy to have been their selected photographers and working with her wonderful team of awesome wedding professionals. We are going to have a blast with everyone, who is counting down the days for this party???

Windy. That is the only word that described the weather during Mohit and Nisha’s engagement session. It was great to head to Baltimore for a change in scenery for their engagement session after spending time out in the blossoms of DC. Nisha and Mohit will be officially tying the knot this July and we cannot wait to celebrate in their events as they are fast approaching! It was great spending time with the both of you again since your engagement party and we are looking forward to partying into the night with you guys on your wedding week!

Yes, indeed! We made it on the list … we just wanted to thank all the past and present clients out there along with our peers for voting for us and allowing us the privilege of being voted as a “Top Pick in 2010″. We all in some way or another inspire each other and we are just honored that we were thought of enough that we were voted the top it means a lot to us, from the bottom of our hearts we say, “Thank You.”

We are very proud to announce that we were presented with the International Special Events Society’s Best Social Photography Award for 2010! We honestly thought that we lost this one, that was until they called our name. This year the event two events that we had submitted we truly loved and had thought that if nominated we ourselves would not be able to decide which one to pick. Needless to say they were both nominated and it was Lily and Jeff’s wedding entered under the name of “The Power of a Wish” that brought this years award home to us once more this year.

Lily and Jeff are certainly one of our couples from 2009 that will always have a place in our hearts. They truly can inspire people to live life to it’s fullest never missing a beat as to how precious the gift of life is.
